normally you pay claims promptly. on this occasion however you seem to be taking a long time. you have paid for the treatment on the 7th but not for the consult on the 3rd. i have contact you on the 8th again but no reply except for the automated one. full invoices were supplied to you so i do not no why you are asking the vet for them again.
