Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with this company Manzora (Alan & Clare)!I had correspondence with them while waiting for the ring (an issue on the delivery company's side delayed it's delivery), to which their replies were always prompt and helpful.When I received the ring, I realised I ordered an incorrect size due to a fault on my side (scaling issues when I printed a ring size guide!).When I contacted them to see if it was possible to exchange the ring, I received an email saying there was no problem with returning the ring and there would be no cost and they had attached all the required forms (customs form as I was in ROI, postal address etc). They also informed me that they had sent out the new (correct size) ring on that same day, instead of waiting until receipt of the returned ring.For a number of years now, I have completely lost faith in businesses and I have had recurring negative experiences, where they really show they are all about money and not about the customer. Clare and Alan have completely restored my faith and it highlights to me, why we should support small businesses instead of global corporations.Every correspondence was very friendly while still being extremely professional.I wish them both and their business every success in the future. I would highly recommend!
