Absolutely terrible service! They don’t reply to emails they don’t answer the phone. Been ringing since 2pm as they had an automated service blocking all calls until after 2pm it’s now 3.30pm and still can’t get through. Ordered uniform on the 28th of July still haven’t received called for an update last week to be told the product is out of stock. They are the soul provider of the school uniform this is completely unexplainable! They also sent 3 emails out in July to say the order cut of date is 02/08 for delivery before term starts. Staff attitude is unbothered.
