Order on 30 Jan 2026, Today 21 Feb got an email saying it took longer than normal. it is not surpised me because I also ordered last year before summer holiday, they didn‘t even contacted me saying delay, finally my kid don’t have the order even school started. I think you still can choose this company if you don’t need it within 3 months.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Ordered uniform 15th August. Allowed more time as I apparently didn’t order before their “cut off” date 31st July….whoa actually buys new uniform first week of school holidays? Anyway….left 2 weeks, emailed for an update, nothing! Emailed a week later, few days later finally got a reply saying they’re waiting on 1 top to be sent for “production” but if I wanted the other items, I had to pay for delivery of those….er, no!! Then received an automated email saying items taking longer then expected, waited another 2 weeks! Emailed sent, nothing! Sent them an email tonight informing I’ll be doing a charge back via my bank with the evidence I’ve tried emailing them, giving ample chances for them to reply but nothing. I’ve had to buy second hand and hand me downs to get my kids sorted. This company is a shambles and a joke and customer services is pathetic!!!
Website says free delivery over £50, but it would not work on my order. When I emailed to ask about it, I was told that it has been on orders over £60 for a long time, they just haven't updated that on the website. They won't honour it even though it's their error.
I would ask everyone to avoid this company as they have the worst service. I ordered a leavers jumper for my daughter she got knocked in the playground and was left with 2 big holes in her jumper. The quality of the jumper is so poor not worth the money at all. I ask the company to replace it and the lady on the phone had the cheek to say we have never had any complaints!!! When in fact all your reviews are all complaints.
Order placed 9th October still not received by 14th November. No communication as to why. I have had to chase for updates multi times. They should have a warning when you place the order if delivery is going to be over a week later.
