Absolutely terrible experience with this company. First of all, the quality of the dress is so so so poor that it's not even worth £5. The dress I received was very damaged, and I had paid £54 for it. When I contacted them about the issue, they insultingly offered me a £5 refund for a damaged product.I made it clear I wanted a full refund due to the poor quality and the damage, but they refused. After two months of back-and-forth, they finally offered me £8 out of the £54 | paid-completely unacceptable.The quality is beyond cheap, their customer service is appalling, and even PayPal couldn't help recover the money.Avoid this company at all costs. Don't trust them-they sell low-quality items, and you'll never get your money back!
