The model and fabric are extremely low quality. My order was shipped from China, taking over a month to arrive. They do not accept returns under any circumstances. They flatly rejected it, placing the blame on the factory in China for the poor quality. This is unacceptable.This company is a scam
I placed an order for four items. At checkout, they offer immediate shipping for an extra $20, with delivery in three to seven days. I placed the order on September 19, and to this day they haven’t even sent me the tracking number so I can know when my order will arrive. I believe their way of scamming people is by shipping the first order right away, because that’s what happened with my first purchase: they shipped it in four days, and the very next day I already had the tracking number. But once you place another order, that’s when they scam you. I’ve asked them to refund my money, but they say they can’t because the order is already “being processed.” Be careful don’t buy from them.
Please avoid at all costs from ordering of this website ordered a dress waited 3 weeks sent the wrong dress got in contact with the company through email told me the dress is now out of stock asked me to pick something else explained there is nothing I like to send a full refund and a postage label and id send the dress back, keep using excuse after excuse and not refunding, have contacted the bank because they are clearly fraudsters. Avoid at all costs!!!
I ordered a dress and there was a promotional video and pictures clearly showing the dress. What arrived was COMPLETELY different. Cheap see through material, shiny fabric and dark yellow! Nothing like the pictures. Have contacted customer services, sent photos and asked numerous times for a refund but was told I would have to pay $30 to have the item shipped back to China (even though they are advertising as a UK company) They offered 30% refund but why would I accept 30% when the item very clearly is nothing like what was advertised. Clearly a drop shipping company that is stealing other companies videos and photos then refusing to refund customers. This company is a SCAM!! Avoid at all costs!
