If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This company is an absolute joke. The whole reason I purchased was because their website said, "ships the next day" on the order page. It took over 2 weeks to ship my first order, and they lied several times when I emailed customer service, telling me it left the Warehouse when it was never even received by Amazon shipping. They apologized and gave me a coupon, so I decided to give them another chance. This time, they not only took another two weeks to "ship" the product, they lied about having the product in the first place. I took precautions and contacted Amazon shipping the 3 days after receiving my tracking information. They claimed they never received a package. When I confronted Maple Prime with the email from Amazon, they claimed, "an error was made within our department regarding the incorrect size" and told me it would take ANOTHER week to ship my order. Well, 11 days went by and I confronted them again. They cancelled my order due to it not being in stock. I made the original order September 5th, and it was cancelled as of today, October 6th.Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this incompetent company. All they'll do is lie to you and put the blame on Amazon despite them being at full fault.
