My only concern is that the stitching is a bit off, leading me to suspect it might not be real, and it does need an organizer since it lacks structure (similar to an actual bag of this brand). Additionally, the size is more medium than large, contrary to what the website stated, but it still accommodates my school books well enough. However, I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything else besides this type of bag, as the website appears to be AI-generated and isn’t a legitimate shop based in London. The customer service was decent in my experience; they addressed my concerns but went quiet when I inquired about proof of the bag's authenticity.
