My experience has been terrible. I ordered a dress for £600 on December 4th, and the tracking status via a third-party app they require you to download still says ‘order being prepared,’ which hasn’t changed since I made the purchase. I have emailed them at the four available addresses and received only one response saying, ‘we will look into this for you,’ with no follow-up to my subsequent inquiries. Their sales inbox is full and bounces back, while the phone number is out of service. The tracking page on my account through their website is blank. The item hasn’t arrived, but I have been charged. This is supposed to be a premium brand, but it feels like a scam to deal with.
