Extremely disappointing experience

My experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a dress for £600 on December 4th, and the tracking status through a third-party app they require shows ‘order being prepared,’ which hasn't changed since I made the purchase. I have emailed them at four available addresses, receiving only one response stating, ‘we will look into this for you,’ with no follow-up to my additional inquiries. Their sales inbox is full and bounces back, and the phone number is out of service. The tracking page on my account through their website is empty. The item has not arrived, yet I have already been charged. This is meant to be a premium brand, but it feels like a scam to deal with.

My experience has been terrible. Do not engage with this company

Do not engage with this company. They are extremely unscrupulous. There is no customer service and no return policy. Once you receive your item, that’s it. As many reviewers have noted, if you manage to return it, chances are you will not receive your refund. I am currently considering my legal options.

Read this before ordering

Read this before placing an order. This company is a scam. While they take your money, you won't receive any email confirming shipment. You will only get automated emails stating they are working on it. I now need to dispute this with my credit card company.

Stay away from this service

I would give less than one star if possible. I have been waiting since July 3rd, and nothing has arrived yet. I contacted their customer service multiple times, and while they replied twice, they were dismissive and uninterested in my order or the money I paid. They assured me that my order would ship out next week, but as of today, I have lost all contact with them, and they no longer respond to my emails. They also do not provide a phone number, which raises many concerns about their business.

Order unfulfilled with no customer service response

It's been nearly three weeks since I placed my order. I received the initial confirmation but nothing since. I have emailed four times requesting an update but have received no response. At the time of ordering, there was an issue with paying by credit card, so I used an installment service. This turned out to be somewhat fortunate, as I raised a complaint with them, who will hold off on taking any further payments until they get a response from the company.

Paid in full, no product, no support – feels like a scam

I placed an order on July 19th for SAR 2,380 and never received my item. It has been over a month with zero updates and no tracking number. When I tried to track my order on the company's website, it said, 'No matching order found.' I contacted them several times via email and only received automated replies. No one has taken responsibility or provided a solution. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand. Customers deserve transparency and timely service, not silence after taking their money. Unless this is resolved immediately, I will escalate this through my bank and warn others to avoid this company.

Dress never shipped

This company is a scam; they are professional thieves. I ordered a dress for my civil wedding on June 9th, to be shipped to Monaco, but they never shipped it. The order was confirmed, and they took my money (almost €700) but never sent it. No tracking number was provided, and all my emails to customer service went unanswered. I paid through an online payment service and filed a claim with them. When they saw my claim, the company had the audacity to provide a fake tracking number that only states, 'shipping label has been created,' with no package ever sent to this date (almost two months after ordering). I had the resolution team on the phone, and they assured me that they have blocked the money on the seller’s account and are currently investigating. Do yourself a favor, keep your money, and buy a dress elsewhere.

Don't trust or buy anything from this company

I purchased a dress from them, delivered on March 14, 2025, and returned it on March 27, 2025. I’ve sent over ten emails with no reply regarding my refund, despite their promise of a 24-hour response. Their customer service phone number is also out of service. I will update this claim if there are any changes. I recommend not buying anything from businesses blocking reviews online!

Never again

I shipped two dresses back with their tracking information. They arrived within the needed time. Three requests for a refund have been made with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They still have my $1200! No one responds, as their automated note states. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from them. I just opened a dispute with my credit card company, so hopefully, they will help me get my money back.
