It's been nearly three weeks since I placed my order. I received the initial confirmation but nothing since. I have emailed four times requesting an update but have received no response. At the time of ordering, there was an issue with paying by credit card, so I used an installment service. This turned out to be somewhat fortunate, as I raised a complaint with them, who will hold off on taking any further payments until they get a response from the company.
