I placed an order on July 19th for SAR 2,380 and never received my item. It has been over a month with zero updates and no tracking number. When I tried to track my order on the company's website, it said, 'No matching order found.' I contacted them several times via email and only received automated replies. No one has taken responsibility or provided a solution. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand. Customers deserve transparency and timely service, not silence after taking their money. Unless this is resolved immediately, I will escalate this through my bank and warn others to avoid this company.
