My experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a dress for £600 on December 4th, and the tracking status through a third-party app they require shows ‘order being prepared,’ which hasn't changed since I made the purchase. I have emailed them at four available addresses, receiving only one response stating, ‘we will look into this for you,’ with no follow-up to my additional inquiries. Their sales inbox is full and bounces back, and the phone number is out of service. The tracking page on my account through their website is empty. The item has not arrived, yet I have already been charged. This is meant to be a premium brand, but it feels like a scam to deal with.
