Unfortunately I did not see these reviews beforehand because I thought marchesa was a legitimate big brand. However I have experienced the same issues with being ignored by their customer service for two dresses I’ve returned, and no refund yet provided. I’ve now filed a dispute with my credit card company. Will never buy this brand again, there are other designers who are better at operating their business.
