I ordered 1100 PG tips tea bags. When arrived I’ve counted them, 20 tea bags missing. I have contacted them phone number given, they told me write an email. I did and waiting 2 weeks there is no reply. When I phoned second time, instead of apologies they been very rude, not helpful at all.Worst customer care and service I have ever experienced.
