I have a product which is not as described on the website, sold by THE RANGE. It’s a small box of 7 Christmas baubles costing £12.99.
I wished to return the product as it does not look anything like the pictures on the website nor as described, so naturally I wanted to return with a full refund.
Now we are in Feb 2026 and I have been trying to have the facility to return this product. As I bought it from The Range I had to go initially through them. So before Christmas and within their 14 day returns policy, I went to the local store to return the good; they said I could only do online. So the online returns procedure for the Range is to contact customer services which I did. Now almost 8!weeks later and going back and forwards with emails to and from the Range customer service team who in turn were in communication with this company, I have been told, even after producing images of the product, that they will accept the return but as it’s not faulty I have to pay return postage. Come on!! I mean this item costs £12.99. Postage will be about £5 so after this effort and hassle I will be out of pocket.
For goodness sake Marco Paul do the honourable thing and send me a free postage returns label!! The hassle this has caused me is worth more than the postage costs!!
