Disappointing Experience with Cardigan

I purchased a cashmere cardigan in Naples on November 25. By December 25, I noticed several small holes in it. After contacting customer service, they took a week to respond and then asked for my residential address. I had to follow up again after another two weeks of silence, only to be told they couldn't issue a refund, claiming it was due to my usage. Even if I had worn it for two months straight, it shouldn't have holes. I spent 198 EUR on a product that didn't last even 8 wears. The customer service only responds when prompted, which is very disappointing. I will never buy from this brand again.
