Incredible Experience - Flight and Transport

What an incredible experience - from the flight to the transport! We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise, from the entertainment to the food. The captain was wonderful, often seen around the ship, and even held a 30-minute chat on deck with guests, which was fantastic. He participated in the Christmas night entertainment on stage, absolutely brilliant! 😁 The cabin staff were polite, friendly, and professional; our cabin was immaculate every day, thanks to the wonderful team ❤️. We met two exceptional individuals at the restaurant who took care of us, a huge thank you to them ❤️. Cruise Details: Itinerary: Caribbean Duration: 7 Nights Date: 23/12/2025 Day 1: La Romana, Dominican Republic Day 2: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Day 3: At Sea Day 4: WILLEMSTAD Day 5: KRALENDIJK Day 6: ORANJESTAD Day 7: At Sea Day 8: La Romana, Dominican Republic. We were only home for 3 days before booking another Cruise & Stay in Croatia for July 2026. Many thanks!

Disappointing Experience with Cardigan

I purchased a cashmere cardigan in Naples on November 25. By December 25, I noticed several small holes in it. After contacting customer service, they took a week to respond and then asked for my residential address. I had to follow up again after another two weeks of silence, only to be told they couldn't issue a refund, claiming it was due to my usage. Even if I had worn it for two months straight, it shouldn't have holes. I spent 198 EUR on a product that didn't last even 8 wears. The customer service only responds when prompted, which is very disappointing. I will never buy from this brand again.

Terrible Service

Terrible! The shipping of my item was extremely slow, and the customer service was lacking, as they only say it will be sent soon but take forever! I will never order from this company again.

Fantastic Experience!

What a fantastic experience for everyone - from the flight to the transport. We had a wonderful time on the cruise, enjoying everything from the entertainment to the food. The company does not publish the feedback provided. We cruised on the Marella Explorer 2 from November 21 to 28 around the Canaries. Having been on multiple cruises, we noticed a decline in standards. The food, especially in the buffet, was subpar with tough meat, and the coffee was weak. The drinks package is included in the price, making it more expensive, but it doesn't benefit those who don't drink much, and the quality of drinks has decreased. The coffee shop is only accessible with a premium drinks package, which seems odd since coffee is cheaper than alcohol. On a positive note, the entertainment shows were better, but other entertainment options were lacking. The cabin and bar staff were friendly and hardworking, but the overall standards need improvement as customers have options. We submitted feedback, but it hasn't appeared in the cruise section.

Lack of Privacy in Rental

I live next to one of the rentals and the walls are incredibly thin. We can hear everything from the guests, including foul language and loud partying. They often block the road, making it difficult for refuse collection. The management seems indifferent, and despite having a contact number for noise complaints, they do nothing. If you book this property, be aware that families with young children live nearby and may disrupt your sleep. If you want peace and privacy, there are better options available.

Not the Best Cruise Experience

The cruise destinations were good, but the ship was only okay, and the service was very poor. I've been on several cruises with other companies that were fantastic. It seems the standards have dropped significantly. We upgraded our drinks package to include premium wines, which turned out to be a waste of money as the servings were smaller and we had to constantly ask for them. The service was so lacking that we filed a complaint, but the company declined to respond. Therefore, I would not choose another cruise with this company nor recommend them to anyone, as there are many other cruise lines available.
