The company does not publish the feedback provided. We cruised on the Marella Explorer 2 from November 21 to 28 around the Canaries. Having been on multiple cruises, we noticed a decline in standards. The food, especially in the buffet, was subpar with tough meat, and the coffee was weak. The drinks package is included in the price, making it more expensive, but it doesn't benefit those who don't drink much, and the quality of drinks has decreased. The coffee shop is only accessible with a premium drinks package, which seems odd since coffee is cheaper than alcohol. On a positive note, the entertainment shows were better, but other entertainment options were lacking. The cabin and bar staff were friendly and hardworking, but the overall standards need improvement as customers have options. We submitted feedback, but it hasn't appeared in the cruise section.
