I would give 0 stars if I could. I work in construction and have worked with a variety of millworkers, and none have been as awful as Marfa. Alexander and his team are disrespectful, raise their voices in an effort to intimidate, and demand payment without delivering all the cabinets. I finally gave up and paid them the balance to try to get them to deliver the remaining items, then they used that against me to claim I shouldn't have paid them without receiving the items. Geno in Customer Service does not provide customer service, but rather customer beratement. When I requested my remaining items be sent, he accused me of being unprofessional.As a working professional in the construction industry, their cabinets are mediocre, and some of the most expensive I've seen. They don't keep to promised timelines, don't deliver everything you've ordered but insist they have, and when they make a mistake (which happens every step of the way), they refuse to own up to it. I'll never allow one of my clients to work with them again, as I have millworkers who can make the same cabinets at a higher quality and for a lower price, and who actually honor their contractual agreements.
