Bad customer experience. I could have ordered something from China and it would have made it faster to me. No communication email on the order and no update when I log-in to check it. Emailed twice (info @ MargotElena dot com), no response. Finally called and the CSR Tina was very pleasant but was ready to shell out the excuses as if it was rehearsed; "well we had a holiday, then a weekend, we don't work weekends (literally said that), then there was a 1/2 day, Fed Ex is delayed, then another holiday etc." I'm just SMH at this point. I said to her "I ordered hair products from DermStore on a Monday - (the week of New Years) and it arrived that Thursday. That's how ecomm works. Not a two week process with no updates at all. Clearly they are not scaling to demand of consumers. No apology, no tracking info Tina ends with "Yeah, so if you don't get it by this weekend, just give us a call back and we'll try track it down." WTF?! Uhhh no, I'll be calling back for a refund not an update.Not a pleasant first time buyer experience. But it will certainly be my last.
