I placed an order on August 21 for $360. It has not been shipped. It is September 9. Customer service doesn't respond to my emails.

No value for customers

Will not ever be purchasing from them again. I was a repeat customer and have spent over $200 with this company and on my recent order an item was out of stock and the company refused to make amends. Customer service will not budge and has refused to help in this incident, they state they will not waive shipping on the item in the future or match the price I got despite this being their fault. They also won't let me cancel the order, so they only contact me after thats apparently impossible. Im appalled by the service I received and disappointed, do not recommend to others

Refusing to refund cancelled box

BEWARE! I have been trying to cancel this box since December. I have been emailing Margot Elena and CS has been unwilling to help me. They confirmed that they received my email back in December and that they disregarded it and decided to ship the March box anyways. They are unwilling to allow me to return the unopened products even though I offered to cover shipping. Very poor customer service.The products are full of endocrine disrupters and have strong fragrances even in their packaging. Don’t buy this! Buy natural non-toxic products from companies that stand behind them.

Bad customer experience. I could have ordered something from China and it would have made it faster to me. No communication email on the order and no update when I log-in to check it. Emailed twice (info @ MargotElena dot com), no response. Finally called and the CSR Tina was very pleasant but was ready to shell out the excuses as if it was rehearsed; "well we had a holiday, then a weekend, we don't work weekends (literally said that), then there was a 1/2 day, Fed Ex is delayed, then another holiday etc." I'm just SMH at this point. I said to her "I ordered hair products from DermStore on a Monday - (the week of New Years) and it arrived that Thursday. That's how ecomm works. Not a two week process with no updates at all. Clearly they are not scaling to demand of consumers. No apology, no tracking info Tina ends with "Yeah, so if you don't get it by this weekend, just give us a call back and we'll try track it down." WTF?! Uhhh no, I'll be calling back for a refund not an update.Not a pleasant first time buyer experience. But it will certainly be my last.

I placed an order but it’s never been shipped and they refuse to answer my many emails or calls. This is the 2nd time I ordered and had trouble both times. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I don’t know how they could allow such horrible people. I’m forced to do a charge back in the morning. I’ve researched other people opinions and seems this is nothing new. I don’t know how they stay in business. I was thinking of buying a subscription but not now. 2 weeks with no response is FRAUD!

i love their bubble bath products, their tokyo milk & tokyo dark perfume, lip gloss and hand cream! they have good customer service and fast shipping!

Apathetic Customer Service

After being subscribed to the seasonal box for over 3 years, I moved and changed my address on their website a few months before the next box was due to ship. For whatever reason, the address change did not affect my subscription address and my latest box was sent to the old address. After numerous calls where I had to explain their own shipping process to the customer service agent, my box ended up being delivered to my previous address anyway. I canceled my subscription that I genuinely liked because the customer service was so unprofessional, incompetent, and unconcerned with retaining my business.
