After being subscribed to the seasonal box for over 3 years, I moved and changed my address on their website a few months before the next box was due to ship. For whatever reason, the address change did not affect my subscription address and my latest box was sent to the old address. After numerous calls where I had to explain their own shipping process to the customer service agent, my box ended up being delivered to my previous address anyway. I canceled my subscription that I genuinely liked because the customer service was so unprofessional, incompetent, and unconcerned with retaining my business.
