My parcel was marked “delivered” but went to a random pickup shop and a stranger signed for it. I never chose a pickup point. Customer service checked my details, then pushed me to chase the courier myself. The return portal link they sent didn’t work either. When I asked for help, they repeated that it was the courier’s problem. That’s not good enough. I bought from the retailer, so the retailer should sort misdelivery with the carrier, investigate, and resolve. No ownership. No proactive support. No solution offered beyond “contact UPS.” I asked for a refund or a proper replacement. Still waiting for a real fix. Poor process and poorer attitude. Buyer is left doing the legwork while the seller shrugs. Not recommended.
