My experience with the service was very disappointing. Initially, my order took over a month to arrive. When I asked for a refund, I was incorrectly informed that their Terms of Use prohibited them from returning my money. It was only after I referenced EU consumer law and hinted at legal action that they consented to a refund, and even then, they only returned 75% of the total amount. The support team is untrustworthy and attempts to circumvent consumer rights. I strongly recommend avoiding this platform.

We’ve served over 10,000 satisfied customers worldwide, yet Trustpilot only reflects the 1–2% who usually write when they’re unhappy.
Trustpilot isn’t an independent review platform — it’s a paid system that rewards those who pay.
Here’s what they charge:
🔸 Free plan (€0/month) → 50 review invites, 1 widget, no customization.
🔸 Plus plan (€169/month) → 200 invites, 8 widgets, limited customization.
🔸 Premium plan (€329/month) → 500 invites, 18 widgets, ability to highlight only positive reviews.
🔸 Advanced plan (€539/month) → 5,000 invites, 20 widgets, API integration, “market insights,” and boosted visibility.
In short — the more you pay, the better you look.
Companies with “perfect” 5-star ratings are usually those on Premium or Advanced plans, not the ones that stay independent and honest.
