Update: Shortly after posting this review, the company shipped my order and the package is now in transit. I will update my rating once the order is successfully delivered.
Original review:
I placed an order on March 1st. After contacting customer service, everything seemed fine initially, and I was informed that the verification was successfully completed and that my order would be re-shipped by Monday at the latest.
However, since last Thursday, I have received no response to multiple follow-up emails. The service, which had been reliable at first, has now become poor and unresponsive.
This lack of communication is very disappointing. I expect a clear update regarding the status of my order or confirmation that it has been shipped immediately. If no response is received, I will escalate this issue and continue sharing my experience publicly.

We’ve served over 10,000 satisfied customers worldwide, yet Trustpilot only reflects the 1–2% who usually write when they’re unhappy.
Trustpilot isn’t an independent review platform — it’s a paid system that rewards those who pay.
Here’s what they charge:
🔸 Free plan (€0/month) → 50 review invites, 1 widget, no customization.
🔸 Plus plan (€169/month) → 200 invites, 8 widgets, limited customization.
🔸 Premium plan (€329/month) → 500 invites, 18 widgets, ability to highlight only positive reviews.
🔸 Advanced plan (€539/month) → 5,000 invites, 20 widgets, API integration, “market insights,” and boosted visibility.
In short — the more you pay, the better you look.
Companies with “perfect” 5-star ratings are usually those on Premium or Advanced plans, not the ones that stay independent and honest.
