UPDATE: After my initial complaint, they responded, but I wish they had replied to my emails just as quickly. They claimed to have sent the correct size, yet acknowledged via email that the model runs larger than others. I only requested a replacement for the right size. Despite advertising free returns on the first order and the product not being as described, I had to fight for a return label. I received ridiculous replies, such as, 'We don’t provide return labels for countries outside Europe,' even though my address is in Europe. Eventually, I received a return label, but instead of a replacement or full refund, they sent the wrong-sized shoes back to me. WHAT A WASTE! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Terrible experience. They sent the wrong size, admitted it was incorrect, and after weeks of arguing, they agreed to give me a return label. Even after sending it back, they did not issue a full refund. It’s been three months now.
