I have worn these shoes for five years and purchased over 35 pairs due to their support for my injured ankles. Recently, I sent photos of a pair that completely fell apart, not seeking anything in return, yet I was accused of washing them, which is quite absurd. It seems they also can't withstand rain, as that might lead to their breakdown. I suggested they be rebranded as slippers. No more purchases for me. Unfortunately, I couldn't upload the pictures.

I had a fantastic experience with the support team. They were incredibly kind and responsive, and I truly valued their friendly assistance. They even sent me a pair of shoes that fit perfectly and surpassed my expectations. The quality is remarkable, the service is outstanding, and I will definitely keep buying my shoes from them in the future. Highly recommended!
UPDATE: After my initial complaint, they responded, but I wish they had replied to my emails just as quickly. They claimed to have sent the correct size, yet acknowledged via email that the model runs larger than others. I only requested a replacement for the right size. Despite advertising free returns on the first order and the product not being as described, I had to fight for a return label. I received ridiculous replies, such as, 'We don’t provide return labels for countries outside Europe,' even though my address is in Europe. Eventually, I received a return label, but instead of a replacement or full refund, they sent the wrong-sized shoes back to me. WHAT A WASTE! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Terrible experience. They sent the wrong size, admitted it was incorrect, and after weeks of arguing, they agreed to give me a return label. Even after sending it back, they did not issue a full refund. It’s been three months now.
It took a week for them to inform me that the shoe I ordered was out of stock, then they sent new shoes that never arrived. They provided a link to a DHL delivery site that seemed fake and claimed I had signed for the shoes. This company is either completely incompetent or running a scam.
I have ordered over five pairs of shoes from the platform globally. Everything was fine. However, at the end of 2024, I did not receive my package (two pairs) as it got lost in Italy. After lengthy correspondence, they resent the package, and I successfully received it. Thanks for that!
