It may be, but it’s not clearly specified; it seems to be hidden in fine print. Ultimately, the order has shipped, and I cannot modify it. I will have to receive it, return it, wait for the return, and then get my refund. This is a cunning, deceptive tactic towards clients, making them believe they are shipping from within the UK. Never again.
