The company appears to be solid and their "return policy" seems pretty standard UNTIL you try to implement it. GUESS WHAT? They are in AUSTRALIA and they don't disclose that fact when you agree to pay for return shipping. GUESS WHAT? A pair of earrings returned to Australia only costs $92.00 USPS or UPS. They do not respond to emails in a timely fashion, they are ambiguous when they do and after ONE MONTH there still isn't a resolution. This is unfair, unprofessional and I had to try to get help from Pay Pal..... is it reasonable to spend $92 on a $200 purchase? Buyer Beware
