I ordered 2 rings and didn’t like them. Requested a refund. Paid $45 to return the, to Australia. Never heard from them . I reached out and asked when I could expect a refund. They had the package over 2 weeks at that point. I received notice that they were only going to refund me for 1 item. No explanation why. THEY ARE A SCAM!
I ordered a ring and it was too big and didn’t sit right with my wedding ring. The ring is beautiful that isn’t my issue.I needed to return it and no where on the website does it say they are based in Australia (I’m in UK). The post office quoted me £20 to return it which is a lot of money.I feel they need to be more transparent with their location.
Horrible scam. I ordered earrings that were supposed to look like "real" diamonds, can’t tell the difference. They look like they came out of a gumball machine. I tried to return them. They said to mail them to Australia! Then they would inspect them to decide on a refund. First, they shipped from Inglewood, CA. Second, it would cost more than what I paid for them to ship them to Australia. What an expert scam they have going on.

She got me the correct size, AND saved me hundreds of dollars by NOT requiring me to pay for a return shipment to Australia!!! Mariqe is great - and Divine is the best!
