I ordered 5 items for Christmas, needing two of them just 10 days after placing the order, which seemed reasonable given the delivery estimate was just two days before that date. Unfortunately, there were no updates. When I checked the order, the items were still listed as preparing to ship. The AI chat feature was unhelpful. I was transferred to a live agent who informed me they were too busy, and suggested I try again later. When I did try again, I had to start the process over. I was told that once items reach the 'preparing to ship' status, there’s no option to speed up the shipping. The estimated delivery date still shows today’s date, even though the items haven't shipped. Additionally, two other items are now marked as backordered, despite one still being expected soon. In summary, the system feels outdated and provides inaccurate information at best. At worst, it appears to falsely advertise unrealistic timelines, leaving the low-paid chat assistants to manage the frustration. I will not be using this service again.
