I placed an order for a custom punch bowl on December 16th for my February 14th wedding, assuming that ordering two months in advance would be more than sufficient. Unfortunately, the estimated shipping date was pushed back repeatedly. When I checked most recently, the new arrival date is over a week after our wedding.
This item was meant to be a key part of our wedding, and now, less than two weeks out, I’m scrambling to find a replacement. While I was able to cancel the order, I'm incredibly disappointed, especially given how much I was looking forward to receiving this.
After reading reviews from other customers who experienced similar delays, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. I will be spreading the word to avoid this site at all costs.

In summary, the system feels outdated and provides inaccurate information at best. At worst, it appears to falsely advertise unrealistic timelines, leaving the low-paid chat assistants to manage the frustration. I will not be using this service again.
