Not worth the expense! The start of the relationship was great. I was impressed with the initial research they did and some of their thoughts. Our goal was to improve our messaging to better reflect what we do. We already had a basic wordpress site up but the info needed some work. So I signed up. I received this video telling me what information they need so they could better understand who we are as a company and what we are trying to convey to customers. Our site was supposed to be updated to better reflect us and our mission. I created the document with all the answers and info. Fast forward one month. I get an email that ads are ready to run. The website still has the same info on it! A bit cleaned up but all the same info. Does not reflect our goal of better illustrating us, our services or our goals. Doesn't even include one of the 2 major products we want to market! I was told that as a promotion we would receive a video to use on the site advertising our services. This never happened and yet "we are ready to send out ads" I am not a wordpress expert but I do not see any SEO work or plugins. I am going to have to a Marketing Director friend of mine review this and see if anything was even done. So, now I am trying to figure out how to make all of these updates myself and paying other people to help properly display the information that was supposed be done by this group. I can't believe how much money I spent and this the result.
