Initially, my experience with the sales representative was positive; they were helpful and genuinely interested in my goals. However, the company's billing and contract management have been quite the opposite. My six-month contract started in June 2025, and I submitted a written cancellation notice on November 4, 2025, before the term ended. Nonetheless, the company insists on charging me for December, claiming my account automatically transitioned to month-to-month. The issue is that I never received a copy of my signed contract, nor did I get any renewal reminders as required by law. When I asked for proof of when a contract copy or renewal notice was sent, the company was unable to provide it. It's disappointing that a company in the real estate tech field would hold my domain hostage and demand payment beyond the agreed term without clear documentation. I've already paid through November and have been fair in trying to resolve this. I urge the company to enhance transparency in contract management and cancellation processes.
