Poor Lead Quality and Service

I was sold a lead generation package that promised both Buyers and Sellers. After a few months, I only received subpar Buyer leads. Most were unqualified, and I had no showings or sales in six months. I've been in real estate for over 20 years, and their lengthy contract has been breached. They sent a code twice for cancellation, which I ignored. I attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times and paid over $3100 for these leads. They charged me again for December, and despite blocking their charge, they are still billing me for an additional amount. I have no positive remarks about this company or their treatment, including being hung up on. Their representatives lack proper business ethics.

Poor Work Ethics from the Company

I was promised a lead generation package that included both Buyers and Sellers. However, after months in the program, I only received Buyer leads that were far from qualified. Most leads were poor quality, with no responses from buyers who showed interest. There were no showings or sales over a 6-month period. With over 20 years in real estate, I know how lead generation works. Their lengthy contract has been breached by the company, but they refuse to acknowledge it. They sent a code twice, which I had to fulfill to cancel any agent. I emailed several times to cancel my subscription by November 30, 2025, and paid over $3100 for these useless leads. Since I didn't respond to their cancellation code, they charged me again for December, claiming any credits would apply to that payment. I blocked their charge through my credit card company, but they still billed me an additional $65 and retained my credited amount. Agents should be cautious. They sent me an incomplete inquiry and demanded payment for full access. I plan to consult my attorney regarding their business practices. I have nothing positive to say about this company and their unprofessional treatment, including being hung up on by their staff. The representatives lack proper business ethics!

Disappointment with Transparency and Renewal Policies

Initially, my experience with the sales representative was positive; they were helpful and genuinely interested in my goals. However, the company's billing and contract management have been quite the opposite. My six-month contract started in June 2025, and I submitted a written cancellation notice on November 4, 2025, before the term ended. Nonetheless, the company insists on charging me for December, claiming my account automatically transitioned to month-to-month. The issue is that I never received a copy of my signed contract, nor did I get any renewal reminders as required by law. When I asked for proof of when a contract copy or renewal notice was sent, the company was unable to provide it. It's disappointing that a company in the real estate tech field would hold my domain hostage and demand payment beyond the agreed term without clear documentation. I've already paid through November and have been fair in trying to resolve this. I urge the company to enhance transparency in contract management and cancellation processes.

Avoid This Company

I've never encountered a company that cares less about its customers. Their customer service is unresponsive, dismissive, and unhelpful. They send passive-aggressive emails if you miss onboarding calls, but scheduling one is nearly impossible due to their limited hours. The product is equally disappointing; their campaigns cannot be edited, resulting in automated messages sent at odd hours. When I raised this concern, they suggested removing the SMS feature instead of fixing it. All the leads I received were fake, with wrong numbers or names, and none were warm as advertised. The promised support for the website was nonexistent. When I decided not to continue after my term, I emailed multiple times to confirm, but they insisted I must call exactly 35 days before renewal to cancel, making the process unnecessarily difficult. Their outdated system and rigid processes are designed to benefit them, not their customers. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company.

If I Could Rate Zero Stars, I Would

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a total scam. The leads provided were already contacts I was working with. Of the new leads, only 4 had phone numbers in 6 months. There was zero return on this investment, and the staff were unprofessional. I strongly advise against engaging with them.

The Worst Experience in 21 Years

This has been the worst lead generation experience I've encountered in 21 years. After signing up for a 6-month contract, the leads were of extremely poor quality. They refused to acknowledge any returned leads, and many had fake emails or incorrect phone numbers. I strongly advise against using this company.

Fraudulent Practices

My experience has been terrible! I received no leads in over a year. Despite several attempts to cancel, they continued to charge my account over $3,000. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The representatives were rude, and the hold times were unbearable!

Leads Not Worth the Cost

The leads provided are not worth the price. They don't allow account changes, and the representative I had to deal with was unhelpful. This has been the worst lead generation company I've worked with in 11 years in real estate.
