I placed an order on November 29th, and it still hasn't shipped. Similar to another review, my item has been sitting with a shipping label created, but customer service is nowhere to be found. I've been told multiple times that a case manager would contact me via email, but I'm still waiting! I sent two complaint emails—one a week ago and another two weeks ago—with no response. Don't waste your time with this store; they seem to be heading towards failure due to poor management and customer service.
