Review Time
They claim to deliver something they never delivered. They are launching an investigation which i'm sure they'll call me and say that they delivered it. There was a secure parcel box, which they did not put it in and they claimed to have left it at the front door. So i'm out with that over a hundred dollars for nothing. Plus they're wasting time with our running around to try to get the money back.
I shop in-store and the staff are friendly and helpful. A month ago, I bought some lined leggings. The fit is fine, but the quality of the material is lacking. Pilling started after the first wear, and I didn't wear them daily. Now, the inner lining is almost indistinguishable from the outer fabric due to excessive pilling. Given the price, I expected much better quality; this has been quite a letdown.
While this isn't specifically about the store or its service, I recently bought some regular jeans from them, and within a month, the hem at the bottom is already fraying. This brand used to be reliable and still prices their products like it is, but the quality has noticeably declined, which reflects poorly on the retailers selling them. They have chosen not to address this issue through their warranty. I will steer clear of this brand in the future.
I usually enjoy shopping here, but the customer service has declined. I bought a thermal electric jacket, but when I got home, I found out they don't sell the batteries at my store. They do at other locations, but since I'm not in the same city, I can't order it. Apparently, they only ship within certain areas. The battery I need is discontinued in my city, but available in another. Unfortunately, they won't ship it to me. I paid a lot for a jacket with a dead battery and no replacement option. I even ordered the suggested battery, but it didn't fit. What a waste of time and money. I'm very dissatisfied.
I ordered new steel toe boots, but when they arrived, there were no tags on them. They had scuffs and dirt smudges all over, looking like they were previously used. It seems like I received demo boots. I'm not impressed considering the price I paid. This will be the last time my family shops here.
I will not shop online here again, and the stores rarely have stock, so after years of numerous purchases, it's goodbye. This also applies to another retailer, which is struggling as well. I received no order confirmation, and it seems there was no order at all? Ironically, they took my money immediately. I plan to dispute it with my bank soon because I'm frustrated.

I've been told multiple times that a case manager would contact me via email, but I'm still waiting! I sent two complaint emails—one a week ago and another two weeks ago—with no response. Don't waste your time with this store; they seem to be heading towards failure due to poor management and customer service.

My initial order was unexpectedly canceled and refunded immediately, so I had to reorder the next day. This was due to a technical issue affecting many customers. The company addressed it transparently by sending an email explanation and a $10 coupon for those impacted.
