I tried to do this review on the MS site but they refused to publish it. I went to Marks n Spencer at Gateshead Metro Centre just wanted a sandwich and walked to the fully open end of the self scan tills, scanned my sandwich and in an instant a male employee shoved me off the till with his shoulder and said in a loud voice, there is a queue at the other end and cancelled my purchase, very upsetting and embarrassing. Neither end of the self scan tills have a sign that says entry only or exit only or this way in or no entry one end has a small entry the other where I entered is fully open and again no signage to say no way in or any sign of any kind hence i went it like many others i observed just after the incident not a customer friendly shop in reality it was common assault
