We bought an expensive Samsung TV which arrived quickly. However within the first week it developed a fault. Marks Electrical refused to replace the TV ( which they shouldn't have done as it was the first week ) and told us to go to Samsung direct. Samsung after a lot of back and forwards said Marks Electrical should have replaced it. Subsequently they did say they would replace it, but in fact all they have done is ignore us, not returned phone calls or emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY
