I’m very pleased with the delivery service provided. The drivers arrived exactly on time as quoted and made a courtesy call beforehand to confirm their time of arrival, which was much appreciated. Both men were very polite, professional, and respectful throughout.
They handled the cooker hood with great care and ensured it was placed securely in the area we had discussed. Their efficiency and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would be happy to recommend their service.
Bought a brand new bosch oven, within 20 days the light broke, they sent a bosh engineer to repair it, he changed the whole circuit and assured us it would fix the issue, 20 days later it went again so under the consumer rights act we requested a brand new replacement - despite numerous emails & calls they dont call back or respond to emails I have had to contact tradig standards for them to deal with it moving forward - absolute terrible customer service - I would not recomend this company please purchase elsewhere !
Dave and Kristoff were friendly but unobtrusive, super efficient at just getting the job done (including removing and rehanging our front door!) with no fuss or stress at all. Couldn't fault the speed, customer friendliness and overall efficiency of the service, excellent.

We bought an expensive Samsung TV which arrived quickly. However within the first week it developed a fault. Marks Electrical refused to replace the TV ( which they shouldn't have done as it was the first week ) and told us to go to Samsung direct. Samsung after a lot of back and forwards said Marks Electrical should have replaced it. Subsequently they did say they would replace it, but in fact all they have done is ignore us, not returned phone calls or emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Marks Electrial were brilliant. Ordered my appliance, it was delivered 3 days later. The guys removed my old machine and installed the new one. They were very helpful and friendly. Service with a smile. I would recommend Mark's Electrical to anybody and give them a full 5 stars.
Good price and outstanding free next day delivery with really pleasant, friendly and helpful delivery men. Other companies provided 3-4 working day delivery which, with the weekend coming up, would have meant being without a fridge for the best part of a week. Mark Electrical were excellent.
Got a great deal on a hotpoint washing machine from marks electrical.Really fast delivery, next day early morning as per the time slot. Even got a phone call , to say they were outside. The product was exactly as described online and couldn't be happier with it. Communication on delivery times was amazing as well.
