Bought a brand new bosch oven, within 20 days the light broke, they sent a bosh engineer to repair it, he changed the whole circuit and assured us it would fix the issue, 20 days later it went again so under the consumer rights act we requested a brand new replacement - despite numerous emails & calls they dont call back or respond to emails I have had to contact tradig standards for them to deal with it moving forward - absolute terrible customer service - I would not recomend this company please purchase elsewhere !
