I decided to hire a private chef for my 70th birthday celebrations in Suffolk. Mark created a very interesting buffet menu for 17 guests with dietary requirements. The canapés were beautifully presented with imagination flare and attention to detail and his menus offered something different. The guests particularly loved the very tasty Wild Mushroom Arancini balls.Coronation Chicken which was my choice brought back many child hood memories. Mark was professional very accommodating flexible and was always there to advise when needed. He is an extremely talented chef and naturally this is demonstrated in his passion and love of food. The food was delicious tasty and great value for money. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Thank you Mark.
