We were guests at a private party today in Thorpness, Suffolk. Mark Weeks was the private chef and the quality of his food was superb! Every dish was so well put together, very well presented and absolutely delicious. We would definitely hire Mark for special occasions and will highly recommend him to anyone wanting something special. We have been left wanting more, which is the result of a great experience.
