Mark Weeks catered our family party of 27 and was outstanding. He created a 1960s-themed menu with a modern twist, handled multiple dietary needs with ease, and used fresh, seasonal ingredients. From canapés to dessert, every dish was flawless and loved by all. His front of house team were brilliant and the kitchen was spotless afterwards.
