I ordered a coupon book on 10/7 and haven’t received it yet. The email said 2-4 weeks, but it’s been almost a month. I called customer service, and they said to expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. I believe the company should improve its service. Also, the hold message played every 5 seconds; it should be at least every 20 seconds. I was on hold for about 6 minutes, indicating staffing issues.
