Every pack I purchase has brown stains on them. They don’t burn evenly; it’s definitely counterfeit being sold in stores. This is misleading.

No order received and no points back - a scam that needs investigation

I placed an order through the rewards program in July and never received it. When I emailed, the response was a brief apology stating they couldn't reship. I called customer service, and they said I couldn't get my points back either. It feels like a significant scam that should be looked into. Unbelievable how things have turned out!

I ordered a coupon book on 10/7 and haven’t received it yet. The email said 2-4 weeks, but it’s been almost a month. I called customer service, and they said to expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. I believe the company should improve its service. Also, the hold message played every 5 seconds; it should be at least every 20 seconds. I was on hold for about 6 minutes, indicating staffing issues.

Unfair competition for rewards

I don’t think it’s fair for an average person to enter legitimate packs while someone who works in a bar collects them from patrons. It’s not genuine! By the time we gather enough, everything good is sold out! I’ve had items on my wish list for 4 years. Also, I didn’t receive any birthday points this year. When did that stop?

Tried to input codes but the site is down

I attempted to input my codes, but the site has been down. I called and was on hold for an hour with no response. It’s frustrating that we pay so much for cigarettes and can’t access customer service. This is unacceptable. I will demand credit for my points if the site isn’t back up soon. This situation is outrageous; I hung up feeling very frustrated.

Received a fake hat

I ordered a wool hat and received a fake imitation. When I removed the sticker, the liner came off, and it was shipped from a store in Texas. I will share pictures. Don’t be fooled. I spent 67,000 points. Very disappointed.

VISA cards didn’t work for rewards

I’ve been signing up for rewards. I bought three VISA cards, but none worked. Managers said they tried everything. I also ordered a coupon book but was unaware that only a few locations accept them, and those charge more for packs. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times; they seem indifferent. I’m considering switching brands due to the poor customer treatment. I’d give a zero rating if possible. All the time spent entering codes over the years feels wasted.
