Sadly I was taken in by this company. I like to think I am quite discerning about the companies I use online but this has left me very upset that I didn’t see through the advertising.I ordered one pair of so called orthopaedic sandals. After ordering I realised the company was based overseas. They arrived about about two weeks after ordering - not too bad. The packaging was very poor - just bubble wrap and a plastic bag. However, Marley had sent the wrong size which are much too large. Finally, the sandals are made from extremely cheap plastic and in no way could be called orthopaedic!! I tried to contact the company for a refund or replacement at the very least. There is no phone contact number. My emails to their support team have not been delivered. One message was delivered via the support form but I have not received a reply as yet. I am not expecting a response so I will have to put it down to experience. I should have read the many reviews before considering buying from this company.Buyers beware!
