Ordered a pair of slippers, from Marley shoes, too big and impractical, the soles were very slippery, impossible to walk on without sliding. Return address is China paying all expenses. Alternative offer a 30% refund. Nowhere does it say this on their website. I will not buy them again. Very bad experience.
Deceptive experience! The sandals I received differ greatly from the photos. They are made of cheap rubber and are unwearable. Returning them is impossible. The website is filled with misleading promotions. I initially thought it was a family-owned business in the UK, but discovered it’s actually from abroad. There are numerous five-star reviews that misled me, and they all seem fake. They claim to have a return policy, but returning items is virtually impossible. I strongly advise against this service; it’s hard to believe they operate this way.

If you find yourself in a similar situation, document everything and file a claim with your payment provider. I successfully got my money back and hope to help others avoid these scammers.
