Not ONE of my boxes arrived without an issue. My produce was frequently bad/wilted/rotten and I had several raw meat packages that were leaking/open. Its a shame because I liked the recipes. But given the recurring issues (including my last box just not even arriving), I have cancelled my account and will absolutely NOT be ordering again. Not only did I have many issues, but the "fixes" and reimbursement for meals that were not able to be completed due to missing or rotten ingredients were completely inadequate. The entire meal should have been reimbursed if a major ingredient is missing. Absolute waste of money and it was incredibly difficult to utilize electronic means to report and receive appropriate compensation (many times there was no communication or resolution after reporting an issue).
I was extremely happy for a year and a half, especially while they used a different carrier. Now, with DPD handling my deliveries, I've received damaged boxes or delays of a day. I switched from one service to another due to DPD's issues, and now with this situation, it seems I'll be returning to weekend grocery shopping on my own.

This service has become a wonderful part of our weekly routine. The meals are truly delicious, and the ingredients always arrive fresh and flavorful. It really encourages a balanced and varied diet, making it easy to eat well without extra effort. One of the biggest perks is getting to try new recipes without hunting for special ingredients—you receive exactly what you need. The straightforward recipes are a hit in our household, allowing everyone to participate, especially our kids: they learn to cook step by step, while we parents share the responsibility in the kitchen. Overall, this service makes great food simple, enjoyable, and accessible. Highly recommended!
The meat packaging has failed twice, causing contamination and stickiness throughout the box. Liquid from raw meat leaked onto vegetables meant to be eaten raw—this is a recipe for food poisoning. Their customer support took about a week to respond, and when they did, they were defensive and only issued me a credit. I used that credit for another attempt, and guess what? The same issue—blood from meat everywhere. All my other boxes have had problems too; this is not safe. A huge waste of time, food, and my energy.
I want to give extra praise for the variety offered: the selection of vegan and gluten-free recipes is very generous, and all of them were delightful! Out of all the recipes we've tried over the year, 99% were very tasty, and we are food enthusiasts. The quality of ingredients is good, with some being organic, and the option for organic meat is also nice. Clearly, money is spent on product quality rather than advertising. I also find the app easier to use, with dietary filters and a nice navigation system. While the design may not be the most trendy, it’s user-friendly and refined. I initially wanted to try another competitor with a discount, but canceled after selecting recipes due to their lack of choice for specific diets.
When I evaluated the pricing for quantity and type of ingredients, this service stood out among others. Now, it’s not worth it. I often have to buy additional ingredients from the store. Also, if you don’t make specific selections, you receive two meatless meals with fake meat, which my family doesn’t enjoy. We canceled our service.
I’ve been subscribed for about three years. This service excels in customer service; they genuinely use the feedback they solicit, as well as unsolicited feedback. Initially, I thought it was coincidence when I noticed changes I suggested, but then I realized it was too specific to be anything else. It keeps happening. I also appreciate that when I contact customer service, I get the same representatives each time (ex: one representative is great and even follows up). The overall product is excellent; the food is fresh, and often better than what I can find in stores. At least once a month, there’s a standout recipe, while the others are reliable. I can’t think of a better experience in recent years.
